For your friends and family living abroad, or serving overseas in the military, The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) is the place to go for assistance with long-distance absentee voting. The director of FVAP wants his organization to demonstrate the same level of customer service as Zappos, the online shoe store. It shows. https://www.fvap.gov/
